Join us for an unforgettable evening of community, connection, and giving back! All in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley.
This is more than just a fun night out, it’s an opportunity to come together as a community and create meaningful impact for youth in Langley and Aldergrove. Big Brothers Big Sisters Langley provides mentorship and support to young people facing adversity, helping them build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures.

Last year’s Big Social was an unforgettable evening packed with local flavour, live entertainment, and vibrant community connection and we can’t wait to build on that energy this year!
Guests kicked off the night with a tasting experience featuring wine, beer, and spirits from some of the region’s best local vendors; including Camp Beer Co., Foamers’ Folly Brewing, Patch Brewing, Mainland Whiskey, Arterra Wines, Salish Sea Spirits and Proximo. . With tasting tokens in hand, attendees explored a wide variety of flavours while enjoying live music and creating the perfect relaxed & social atmosphere.
The evening also featured an exclusive VIP experience with a guided craft beer tasting, interactive games like cornhole and pool that kept the friendly competition going, and Magik Moments, a Photo Booth Rental in Vancouver was at the event capturing all the fun moments throughout the night.
Delicious eats were a highlight, with local food trucks serving up crowd favourites from gourmet mac & cheese creations to crispy comfort food classics; ensuring no one went hungry.
The night started out with live music from Steve Halfnights and continued with high-energy live entertainment from local band Whiskey Blind that had the crowd on their feet, rounding out an incredible event full of connection, laughter, and memorable experiences.

Through the Big Social our goal is to bring the Langley community together for a fun, relaxed and intimate evening and raise important funds to empower youth through mentorship. 100% of the proceeds from this event are used to fund and support the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley 1:1 and group mentorship programs throughout Langley.
We create mentoring relationships that change young people’s lives. With training and professional support, Big Brothers Big Sisters mentors form strong positive relationships with their mentees that express care, challenge growth, provide support, share power, and expand possibilities.
The mentoring programs that we offer provide youth with a role model to talk to and share the experiences of growing up with. Through regular outings, a relationship is developed, which is built on trust and common interests, and is supported by our experienced case-workers. The result is a life-changing experience for both the mentor and the mentee.
