Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley is hosting a HUGE USED Book Sale – Discover great reads while supporting a wonderful cause!
All proceeds go directly to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley mentorship programs, helping ignite youth’s potential in our community.

Location: Langley Event Centre (Building B/Gate 8 Entrance),  7888 200 St, Langley, BC
Enter through 202A Street for the easiest parking & access!

Saturday, April 18th – Sunday, April 19th 2026   10:00am – 6:00pm

Book Donations
For donations for the book sale, drop-offs can be made at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley office, 9:00- 4:00 pm (Monday-Friday) at #201-20538 Fraser Hwy.

PRICING

  • Small Soft Covers: $2.00 or 3/$5.00
  • Medium Soft Covers: $3.00
  • Large Soft Covers: $4.00
  • Hardcovers: $4.00
  • Children’s Books: $2.00 (unless marked) or 3/$5
  • Misc Media: $0.50

We encourage you to bring your own bag but we will have reusable bags for sale (while supplies last) for $2.00.

Volunteers
To make this fundraiser happen, we will need several great volunteers!  Volunteer roles include sorting and organizing books and helping on book sale days.  If you are interested in volunteering please complete the form below and we will connect back with you soon. Below are the times we are looking for volunteers, please select the times you would like to help and we will touch base with you to confirm soon!
Tasks include unloading bins of books and sorting them by category to prepare for the sale.
BOOK SALE: Roles include helping at the cash table, greeting guests, counting books, and continuing to sort books to restock the books during the sale.

If you are volunteering to help with the Sale (Saturday or Sunday) please select your preferred tasks.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred tasks and requests. Leading up closer to the event we will send out a volunteer assignment sheet so everyone knows their role for their shift.
